Boxtrail

Print the label. Keep the trail.

Boxtrail prints shipping labels from Vinted, eBay and other marketplaces straight to your Bluetooth thermal printer, then keeps a record of every parcel, in case a buyer disputes it.

How it works

  1. Share the label to Boxtrail

From the marketplace app, mail or Files. Boxtrail finds the label on the page, reads the carrier and tracking number, and sizes it for your printer.

  2. Print it

Straight to your Bluetooth thermal printer. No other app needed.

  3. Protect the parcel

A few photos while you pack, the weight of the closed box, and seals for its seams, each with the parcel’s own code.

What it keeps for each parcel

The tracking number

Read from the label, with a link to the carrier’s own tracking page.

Packing photos and the weight

The item, its serial number, the item in the box, and the box closed and sealed.

Seals with their own code

Strips for the seams, two on top and two underneath, each showing the code, the time and the weight. No photos ever go on a seal.

The order

Add a screenshot of the order and Boxtrail reads its number and total into the record.

An evidence sheet

An A4 PDF with the seal, the weight and the photos, ready for a dispute.

Space under control

Photos are removed from your phone after 30, 90 or 180 days, or when you say; the record stays, and a parcel you pin keeps everything. Back up to iCloud Drive or Google Drive to keep copies.

Seals deter, they don’t lock. Printed seals aren’t tamper-proof: anyone can still open a box. They put off false claims and link the parcel to your photos and weight: your side of the story if a buyer says a parcel arrived open or empty.

Everything stays on your phone

Labels carry your buyers’ names and addresses, so Boxtrail reads them on your device and doesn’t keep them. Photos and records stay on your device too. There are no accounts, no tracking and no ads. Read the privacy policy.
